Registered Nurse Practitioner, HBPC-CLC (Palo Alto/Menlo Park)
This position is as a primary care provider in the Extended Care Service of the VA Palo Alto HCS. The position may entail patient care responsibilities in both the Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) program and the Community Living Center (CLC) (VA nursing home) primarily offering coverage during absences of existing staff. Is clinically and administratively responsible to the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
