They will join an experienced leadership team in guiding the residency to continued success. Mercy Fitzgerald has a strong track record of producing clinically oriented graduates who pursue fellowship (40%), hospitalist (40%), and primary care (20%). Our residency is fully accredited. In addition to their role as a physician-leader, the successful applicant will be expected to be clinically active as a general internist, hospitalist, or a medical subspecialist.
