Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team located in Olympia Fields, IL.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two or more years of palliative/hospice care experience as a nurse practitioner. The candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Provider will need to work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to ensure delivery of the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work

• Daily rounding on inpatients

• No call expectation

• Average inpatient volume: 70 patients per month

• Will work closely with critical care team

• National Catholic Bioethics certification, preferred

• Collegial team of specialists
