• HPM fellowship strongly preferred
• Geriatric IM/FP with significant hospice and palliative experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel in the area with mileage reimbursement
• Conduct home visits and visits to skilled nursing facilities
• Dependable schedule offers work/life balance
• Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm scheduled; Shared call
• Unrestricted North Carolina license required
