Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join its Issaquah location. This team aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. In this role, you can choose the shifts you want to work and will help the group manage 40-50 deliveries per month in a large tertiary care center. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support.

• Experienced full-scope midwife preferred but new grads are encouraged to apply
• AMCB Certification, active DEA, WA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required
• Mix of perinatal care, GYN problem visits and annual exams, family planning, and lactation
• The total compensation package includes base salary, quality incentives, and for those interested, extra shift (clinic and call) compensation as well as PTA and CME benefits
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
• As a non-profit organization, Swedish is a eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Compensation is between $59.37 and $73.36 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
