APP Salary Range – 1.0 FTE Min $129,147 - Max $175,178

APP Salary Range - Min $62.09 - Max $84.22 / hour

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
