DescriptionAdmissions Nurse - AdventHealth Hospice Care The Admissions Nurse is responsible for responding to and visiting with patients who have been referred for admission to Hospice of the Comforter.  The Admissions Nurse informs the patients, caregivers, and family members of the hospice services available with the organization and assesses patient for admission to services.  In addition, the Admissions Nurse is responsible for visiting current Hospice of the Comforter patients who have been admitted to the hospital and communicates patient status with the respective interdisciplinary team.
