Essential Function/Responsibilities:Job Function: 01. ASSISTS PATIENT WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. Turns and positions patients per policy or as directed and transfers patient to and from bed/chair/stretcher. Assists patients with ambulation utilizing the appropriate assistive device and providing the appropriate amount of assistance.  Adheres to hospital policies and procedures in regards to care. Job Function: 02. OBSERVES AND MAINTAINS ISOLATION PRECAUTIONS. Be actively involved with assigned unit to reduce hospital acquired infections by observing isolation precautions and practicing hand hygiene. Maintains standard precautions and follow isolation instructions. Washes hands before and after each patient intervention. Assures appropriate PPE supplies are uti
