Overview:

Direct clinical nursing services in clients home/residence or facility, including but not limited to IV therapy, venipuncture, wound cares and wound vac, Hospice, coordination of care between MD, facility, patient/family and rehab.

Shifts:

Variable hrs/days; 8a-4:30p.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work independently. Excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, team oriented with previous nursing experience needed. BSN or willing to obtain, NE RN license and BLS. Preferred candidates will have home health/hospice experience. Able to drive own vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance.

About Columbus Community Hospital

Our 50-bed acute care hospital is certified for swing beds with an additional 15 ambulatory outpatient beds. Established in 1972 by the merger of St. Mary’s Hospital and Behlen Memorial Hospital, this not-for-profit hospital is governed by a local board of directors. We are licensed by the Nebraska State Board of Health and accredited by the Joint Commission.
