Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, document, collaborate, and educate patients.  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing plan of care.  Administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients and more.  Will be part of a float pool that will work units in need, assist with admissions, discharges, and support team members as deemed appropriate by leadership.Principal Accountabilities:1.
