Reporting to the Sr. Director Human Resources, this position is accountable for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data in the organization's HR systems, as well as ensuring proper file management protocols are followed.  The Compliance Manager may interact with senior leadership and have exposure to highly sensitive information, requiring exceptional tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
