Join a long-standing practice of over 30 years that exclusively treats a geriatric patient population.Position Details: Outpatient Only - No nights or weekends required. Collaborate alongside 8 other providers to provide quality care at this established, highly-acclaimed private practice. Partnership Track Offered - Ability to make over 500k a year. Full patient panel - visits include annual wellness, acute sick or chronic care management, pre-op and transition of care management.
