Utilizes, abstracts and analyzes outcome data to identify, develop, and coordinate improvement activities that optimize clinical outcomes, patient safety, and patient and staff satisfaction in the Critical Care Center (CCC). The RN works independently with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders to advance nursing practice and support related strategic organizational initiatives. Work is focused on shaping overall policy, expanding nursing practice through implementation and improvement of evidence-based practices, and educating to/communicating quality data and patient outcomes in the CCC.
