Direct Care Licensed Vocational Nurses assist the Registered Nurse in the coordination of care focused on patient transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction. The Float Pool LVN/LPN is accountable to the Float Pool Nurse Manager and/or Assistant Nurse Manager within Nursing Services.
