Thank you for your interest in our fellowship program! Our program provides a unique training opportunity as it is a perfect blend of community and academic medicine — the best of both worlds. We have a large, committed faculty within a supportive training environment. Wellstar is committed to the care of patients living with serious illness, and we have our own clinic , hospice and hospital-based services. Our fellows, therefore, have unrivaled continuity — something that can be challenging when some of these services are provided by outside agencies. Our inpatient pediatric program is expanding with a new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and a growing perinatal palliative care program on site.
