OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSMercy Medical Center is seeking two licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our Healthcare for the Homeless team located in Springfield, Massachusetts. One full-time (40 hours per week) provider and one part-time (20 hours per week) provider are needed.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established group of collaborative care clinicians in our outpatient clinics and telehealth environments to provide primary health care to a primarily homeless population. You will also lead, and serve as a professional resource, to Registered Nurses, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Medical Assistants, and Community Health Workers and provide advice and guidance necessary to resolve complex client problems. This includes advocating for clients within
