Seeking an experienced palliative physician with a minimum of 3 years of post-fellowship experience
Clinical responsibility is inpatient palliative care
Lead the team and oversee the clinical and academic goals for the department
Collaborate with the administration to ensure quality, compliance, and improvement
Recruit, support, and mentor faculty within the division
Implement a quality metrics dashboard for the system's palliative care
Team player with strong leadership and clinical skills
