University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant to join our Solid Organ Transplant Surgery practice in Minneapolis.In This Role, You Will:Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of care to adult kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant surgery patients in the pre-transplant, waitlist, and early post-transplant phases of care, as well as vascular access patients. Performs physical examinations and minor, in-office procedures. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
