The Director, Group Operations is responsible for the continuous, effective operations of all physician group practice offices directly assigned to position. May include primary care and/or specialty care group practice locations with focus on several offices in various locations. Works with Chief Operating Officer, front line managers and staff to improve the quality of care, strengthen the financial performance of the group practice offices, and to improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
