Job Description Will maintain oversight of Observation Unit and Nursing Resource department at Newton Medical Center. The Observation or Acute Care Unit (ACU) is a 12-bed unit primarily for short stay observation patients. The Nursing Resource department manages our RN float pool, safety sitters, virtual sitting program, and nurse staffing support team.
