UConn Health is seeking a board-certified/board eligible Hospice Palliative Medicine (HPM) physician to join our growing palliative care program. This is a clinical role with a focus on inpatient palliative care consultation with occasional clinic coverage with ample opportunity for education and scholarship. You will join a team of exceptional nurse practitioners, a pharmacist and collaborate closely with chaplaincy and social work. In the hospital, the team works closely with Hospital Medicine, the intensive care units, and hematology-oncology as well as local hospices in coordinating inpatient hospice care for appropriate patients.
