Job Description Responsible for performing basic, routine duties related directly/indirectly to nursing care of patients. Principal Accountabilities:1. Takes and records TPR and reports deviations from normal to primary or Charge Nurse. 2. Obtains specimens as assigned (e.g., urine, stool, sputum). 3. Weighs patient and records weight. 4.
