Palliative Care Physician in Beautiful Greeley, CO at North Colorado Medical Center

This position serves the growing community in Northern Colorado at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.
Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide primarily inpatient care helping patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illnesses and symptom management.
Position Requirements and Information:
- BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- Experience preferred, new graduates also welcome to apply
- Primarily inpatient coverage with clinic once per week
- Monday-Friday work schedule with 4 10 hour shifts/week
- 8-10 patients per day; treating patients with cancer, dementia, neurological disorders and other illnesses
- No evenings, weekends, or call
- Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
- Build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
- Current team is comprised of 2 NPs, MSW, and a Practice Coordinator
- Hospital privileges at North Colorado Medical Center
