About this role:
We are searching for a Palliative Care fellowship trained physician to join our Inpatient team of providers at Utah Valley Hospital.

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Completion of a US-based ACGME accredited residency and Palliative Care fellowship training program
- Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
