Job Description Documents and interprets telemetry rhythm strips at intervals and with patient changes. Performs independent check of strips to include: time, PR interval measurement, QRS measurement, QT measurement, ectopy and baseline rhythm Assigns telemetry monitoring as ordered by physician Effectively communicates telemetry-related patient information to members of the health care team Continuously checks telemetry monitoring system to ensure proper working order.
