RN Patient Care Supervisor Hospice
Additional Information About the RoleExciting opportunity to join the expanding BJC Home Care Hospice team as an RN Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 20 nurses and CNAs, ensuring accountability through site visits, managing payroll, fostering collaborative team dynamics, overseeing staffing and retention, handling reporting, IDG meetings, and conducting record audits.
