The provider will primarily care for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care under the general supervision of a physician. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative services, as well as conducting follow-up and health maintenance visits in alignment with established standards of care.
