Carle Health is seeking an additional Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hospice team in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Part-time position
- Perform home visits as assigned
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary Palliative Care team and other hospice care team members to deliver hospice care and related health services to patients and their families
- Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative health system

Education Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- At least 1-year of APP experience required

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $55.13 - $71.67/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
