Registered Nurse (HUD-VASH)
The HUDVASH RN assists with medication management and on-site assessment of acute and chronic medical and mental health conditions. The Nurse reports findings and assessments to Mental Health and Primary Care and collaborates with them to decide proper care interventions. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
