APP (NP/PA) Palliative Care
The Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LHMC) seeks a full-time advance practitioner (NP or PA) to join our expanding clinical service. This position’s responsibilities include providing comprehensive outpatient palliative care services to seriously ill patients in multiple specialty clinics, including oncology, pulmonary, nephrology, neurology and cardiology. The advance practitioner will serve as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers and a pharmacist.
