OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSTrinity Health Mid Atlantic - Nazareth Hospital is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic practice in Philadelphia, PA.The APP will provide coordination, planning and implementation of health-related services that best meet the needs of patients and their families.  Incorporate education plans into daily patient activity while integrating primary and secondary diagnosis.  The APP will assume accountability for managing the delivery of patient and act as a patient advocate and uphold patient's rights.  Will work in a collaborative team environment; consulting and referring to other Health Care professionals in our health system.   At times asked to perform as a preceptor to NP students and PA's.
