 Logan Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our Outpatient Cancer Services and help shape the patient experience across the continuum of oncology care! 
 This important leadership role will oversee our Hematology and Oncology Clinic, Palliative Medicine services, Radiation Oncology, while partnering with our Breast Center team. This role is central to ensuring seamless collaboration, strong clinical operations, and an exceptional experience for patients navigating complex cancer care.

 Who You Are 
 
 An experienced RN with a strong clinical foundation, oncology experience, and a clear understanding of the complexity of cancer care services 
 A leader with prior supervisory or charge experience who confidently guides medical assistants, registered nurses, and care coordinators in a fast paced ambulatory setting 
 Collaborative by nature, working effectively alongside Hematology and Oncology providers, Palliative Medicine, Radiation Oncology, specialty navigators, and the Breast Center to ensure coordinated, patient centered care 
 Professional and composed, demonstrating sound judgment and integrity in clinical and operational decision making 
 Skilled at balancing clinical excellence with operational oversight, supporting quality outcomes while maintaining strong team engagement and financial awareness

 Schedule:  Full-time, 40 hours per week, Day shift Qualifications: 
 
 Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana, required. 
 Minimum of one (1) years&#8217; leadership experience required (Lead or Charge experience qualifies). 
 Minimum of two (2) years&#8217; experience in a clinical setting required. 
 Oncology experience is highly preferred. 
 RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required. 
 Strong business financial skills. Demonstrated financial and budgetary experience. &#xa0;Knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations, requirements, and HIPAA guidelines. 
 Proven ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, and proactively problem-solve.&#xa0; Experience maintaining harmonious working relationships and addressing complex and sensitive issues. 
 Knowledge of health care administration and continuum of care. 
 Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel required. Experience in medical software and applications preferred. Possess ability to learn other software as needed. 
 Promotes excellence through setting high standards and providing high quality outcomes. 
 Ability to act with integrity, kindness, and exhibit empathy. 
 Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.

 Job Specific Duties: 
 
 Supervises the day-to-day operating needs of the assigned area(s) including, but not limited to; patient services, assigned practice operations, staff concerns, facilities maintenance, compliance, process improvement, marketing, physician practice coordination/support, and financial functions. 
 Ensures optimum patient care services from initial contact to close of services. Works with leadership to respond to patient concerns, fosters an environment of immediate service recovery and transparency for patient billing, questions and issues. Drives culture to improve patient experience, service and access. 
 Establishes processes in collaboration with leadership to ensure all assigned staff are properly trained for positions and develops cross training opportunities as warranted. Maintains up to date documentation of staff training and annual skills assessments. Ensures all continuing and required organizational education is up to date for assigned employees. &#xa0;Holds monthly staff meetings in collaboration with leadership, which allows for addressing issues, transition of care and continuum of care issues involving staff in seeking solutions for problems, and provides information regarding organizational issues. 
 Provides input into the budget process for the practice and is responsible for ensuring that the assigned area(s) budget projections are reasonable and defensible. Operates within the context of the established budget. Maximizes opportunities to meet and exceed budget guidelines. Monitors, provides statistical reporting and implements changes necessary to comply with budget, maximizes revenues, productivity and efficiencies and contain expenses. Develops clear goals to address variances to the budget. 
 Works closely with the finance department and revenue cycle to support the timely, accurate documentation and response to revenue cycle requests.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Monitors and ensures compliance with all required legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations and accreditation requirements as appropriate to assigned area(s). Directs preparation of information requested and monitors for exposure. 
 Works collaboratively with leadership to support the activities and needs of the assigned area(s) by providing appropriate resources, scheduling, recruiting, compensation and adherence to contractual obligations.&#xa0; Ensures that schedules are maintained and in alignment with contractual obligations of the providers. 
 Ensures all business functions are operative and all processes and procedures are effectively and efficiently in place and are aligned with LH policies and procedures. Enthusiastically embraces change. Reviews processes and makes recommendations for improvement. Creates goals in collaboration with assigned leadership for operations and ensures these goals are in line with organizational goals. 
 Maintains clinical skills and competencies in an effort to support staff provide just-in time training, and education.

 Position Summary 
 
 
 Posting Note: &#xa0;The Division of Hematology/Oncology and BMT at Phoenix Children&#8217;s seeks a full time, board eligible/certified pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join the Leukemia and Lymphoma Section. We are seeking a candidate with specific interest in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with hematologic malignancies, who also has an interest in the design and conduct of early phase clinical trials. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient clinical care in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders (CCBD) at Phoenix Children&#8217;s, as well as teaching and participation in clinical and translational research. The CCBD sees, on average, 400 new oncology patients per year, of which more than 140 are patients with hematologic malignancies. We have additional active clinical and research programs in solid tumor, neuro-oncology, hematology, BMT/Cell Therapy, palliative medicine, and survivorship. The CCBD is an active member of national and international trial consortia, including COG, POETIC, TACL, the Histiocyte Society, and NACHO, and offers phase I and II industry-sponsored studies, and investigator-initiated trials. Our ACGME-approved pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship program is approved for three fellows/year. A close working relationship and physician liaison exists with our BMT &#38; Cell Therapy program, which provides services for patients requiring life-saving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies, including CAR-T cell treatment. Faculty can leverage extraordinary clinical and research opportunities in collaboration with our three academic and clinical partners, the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Creighton University, and the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Qualified candidates should have a strong interest in mentoring learners and in program development, be academically productive, and must be board-eligible/certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, subspecialty Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children&#8217;s sees on average approximately 400 new oncology patients per year and has additional active clinical and laboratory research programs in oncology, neuro-oncology, survivorship, hemophilia, and phase I/phase II investigational drug development. Our ACGME approved fellowship program in pediatric hematology/oncology is approved for 3 fellows per year and has affiliations with the Mayo Clinic, the Arizona Cancer Center, and the University of Arizona. The BMT program offers a one-year subspecialty fellowship in bone marrow transplantation/cellular therapy. Phoenix Children&#8217;s, the only freestanding Children&#8217;s Hospital in Arizona, houses a designated wing with 16 HEPA-filtered, positive pressure rooms for particularly immune-deficient patients.
