Hospice Physician - Full Time

Northwell Health’s Hospice Care Network, a Joint Commission accredited not-for-profit healthcare organization, seeks an enthusiastic physician to join a well-respected Hospice program as a Hospice Physician in Long Island and Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will be board eligible/ board certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine. Practice comprehensive end-of-life care, in a high quality and professional environment.  Our integrated electronic clinical records system assures superior access to clinical information across the continuum of care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct home and face-to-face visits
• Collaboration with hospice interdisciplinary teams
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Weeknight and weekend coverage on an on-call schedule
• Direct and indirect patient care each day
